The rules
of the waitlist.

The short version

These terms cover the CashPerk marketing site at cashperk.app and the pre-launch waitlist. If you're using the CashPerk app at app.cashperk.app, the in-app terms apply instead.

By joining the waitlist, you're giving us permission to text or WhatsApp you when the app launches — nothing more. No subscription, no commercial relationship, no obligation on either side.

What CashPerk is

CashPerk is a cashback rewards platform for food trucks and small businesses in The Bahamas. As of this writing, we're in a pre-launch pilot. The product is real and working, but not every merchant is live yet. The waitlist is how we notify you when a truck near you goes live.

Joining the waitlist

  • You must be 16 or older.
  • You must provide a real phone number that you control. Fake numbers or numbers you don't have permission to use will be removed.
  • One waitlist entry per phone number per audience (user or merchant).

What we promise

  • We'll send you at most one message per food truck launch in your area, and optional weekly roundups. You can opt out of messaging at any time.
  • If we offer a welcome bonus (e.g. "$2 waiting on first scan"), we'll honor it when you sign up in the app and scan your first QR at a partner merchant.
  • We won't sell, rent, or share your phone number with advertisers or anyone else. See the privacy policy.

Welcome bonus fine print

The $2 welcome bonus is a promotional credit funded by CashPerk. It is:

  • One per phone number. You can't claim it on multiple accounts or by signing up with multiple numbers.
  • Redeemable only on your first-ever scan at a partner merchant — not the second, not every visit.
  • Available while launch funds last. We've committed a fixed pool of welcome bonuses for the launch. Once the pool runs out, the promotion ends and new signups receive a different offer (if any).
  • Expires 30 days after your nearest partner merchant goes live. We'll notify you by SMS or WhatsApp when your countdown starts.
  • Subject to change with at least 7 days notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already unlocked by a scan.

If CashPerk suspects you've signed up with a number you don't control or attempted to abuse the promotion, the welcome bonus may be voided without notice.

What we don't promise

  • A specific launch date. We're targeting 2026 but timing may shift.
  • That CashPerk will operate at any specific food truck you care about. We'll recruit aggressively but we can't guarantee any particular merchant joins.
  • That welcome bonuses or promotional rates stay the same forever. Pre-launch promotions can change with 7 days notice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to the waitlist at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

The waitlist is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost signups, delayed launch messages, or any consequence of missing a waitlist notification. The maximum liability of CashPerk for anything related to this waitlist is US$10 or the value of a welcome bonus, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nassau.
